Selection of a Suitable Pump

1-) Pump needed by hydraulic system should be selected (Piston Pump, Gear Pump)

2-) Connection form suitable for vehicle should be chosen. (ISO, UNI, FLANGE...)

3-) Desired pump direction should be determined by looking at rotation direction of P.T.O (Power Take Of) of vehicle.

4-) Plastic protectors at the oil inlets and outlets of pump should not be dismantled before pump is attached to its place.

5-) Oil reservoir and filters should be selected as per need of system

6-) Cleaning of oil reservoir and filters must be extremely considered.

7-) Before the first operation, pump must be filled with oil up to pump inlet of installation and all the valves must be open. Also, pump should never be used without oil.

8-) When pump is attached to system, it must be operated in such a manner that it will not have pressure in low circuit and operation of pump must ve observed by technical staff.

9-) Hydraulic oil must be used in system in order to prolong life of pump (Shell Tellus 37, Mobil DTE 24)
